Things I Hate: Cuffed Trousers

First, something I love.
Trousers: a gentleman simply looks better in them - in almost any form - than their denim alternatives. Only last night I purchased chinos in dusty pink from Zara, for instance, safe in the knowledge they'll serve me very well over the summer.

Now something I hate
Recently though, it seems men are more willing to push the boundaries of taste with dreadful cuffed jeans, by which I am referring to denim jeans with elasticated ankle cuffs, so they stick to the ankle.

"That's OK," I thought to myself, "at least they are only ruining jeans, people have been doing that for decades".
Regrettably, my friends (assuming more than one person will read this), this is no longer the case. My beloved chinos have fallen foul of this repugnant fad, with Crafted being the transgressor.
Trousers I Hate
I wish I could understand the reason for somebody buying these, but I can't; the beauty of chinos is that they can be dressed up or down, always looking good no matter what the occasion. These, though, look terrible, as will you should you be so foolish as to purchase them (I shant post a link out of principle - I refuse to aid their purchase).
